What you need to know before you order.

V.VASP TECH ships to most EU countries and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Custom builds require 5–14 business days depending on component availability and complexity. You'll receive a confirmed timeline by email after order placement — no guesswork.

Assembled STRIGOI variants ship bench-tested and flight-ready. A compatible RC transmitter and receiver are required — sold separately unless explicitly included in the kit configuration.

Batteries & Charging

Store it right. It lasts.

Any LiPo balance charger with JST-XH balance port support is compatible with our battery range.

Safe storage voltage is 3.80–3.85V per cell. Use your charger's storage mode if not flying within 24 hours. Never store at full charge or fully discharged.

Repairs & Services

If it flies on LiPo and has a flight controller, we can work on it.

We offer diagnostic and repair services for most FPV platforms — not just STRIGOI series. Contact us with your drone model and fault description for a quote before sending anything in.

Remove all LiPo packs before shipping. Do not include batteries in the parcel. We'll confirm shipping instructions after initial contact.

3D Printing & Design

From filament to field-ready.

We print in TPU, PLA, LW-PLA, PETG, and High Speed PLA — material selected per application requirements. We accept STL, STEP, and OBJ files, and offer full custom 3D design and 2D schematic generation for FPV components, mounts, and enclosures.

PCB & RF Engineering

From schematic to signal.

We offer full-cycle PCB design — schematic capture, layout, Gerber output, BOM, and assembly documentation. KiCad source files included as standard.

RF systems design covers 2.4GHz, 5.8GHz, and LoRa — antenna design, RF front-end layout, and full transceiver integration. All work is scoped and quoted before production begins.

Returns & Warranty

Built to last. Backed to match.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom builds and assembled drones are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed on arrival.

All V.VASP TECH products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Crash damage, improper charging, and user modification are not covered.
