Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Assembled variants are subject to additional preparation time due to pre-shipment testing and configuration. Shipping is available within Romania and select EU countries — delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with GEO 34/2014 (Right of Withdrawal). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-built or configured units may be subject to a restocking fee if returned after use.

Process
- File submission — STL or STEP format, max 50 MB
- Material selection — PLA (standard rigid), PLA HS (high-speed, dimensional accuracy), LW-PLA (lightweight foam-core, ideal for FPV frames/mounts), PETG (heat/chemical resistant), TPU (flexible, impact-absorbing)
- Print & post-process — support removal, light sanding if required
- Shipping — standard domestic and EU Phase-1 rates apply
