Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Assembled variants are subject to additional preparation time due to pre-shipment testing and configuration. Shipping is available within Romania and select EU countries — delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with GEO 34/2014 (Right of Withdrawal). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-built or configured units may be subject to a restocking fee if returned after use.

Charging Guidelines
- Always connect balance lead before initiating charge cycle
- Set charge current to 1C or below for standard LiPo packs; do not exceed 2C
- Verify cell count confirmation on screen before starting — mismatch will damage cells
- Do not leave charging batteries unattended
- Use in a well-ventilated area away from flammable materials
- Allow pack to cool to <35°C before connecting to charger
Storage Mode
- Use built-in storage charge/discharge function to bring cells to 3.80–3.85V/cell
- Do not store fully charged or fully discharged LiPo packs
