Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with Romanian Government Ordinance OUG 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, individual customers (B2C) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Custom-built or made-to-order products (e.g. assembled FPV drone kits) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to support@v-vasp.tech with the subject line RETURN – [your order number] within 14 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used at checkout.

Defective Products

Defective products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under Romanian Law 449/2003 (implementing EU Directive 1999/44/EC). Please contact us at the email above to open a warranty claim.

This policy applies exclusively to individual consumers (B2C). B2B orders are governed by separately agreed contractual terms.
