Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom builds and assembled drones require 5–14 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
LiPo Battery Shipping Restrictions
LiPo batteries are classified as IATA Class 9 Dangerous Goods. The following restrictions apply:
- LiPo batteries cannot be shipped by air to destinations outside the EU without special DGR compliance
- Ground shipping is available for domestic and EU destinations
- Batteries are shipped at storage voltage (3.80–3.85V/cell) and in fireproof packaging
- Orders containing LiPo batteries may have limited shipping method options at checkout
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Use the carrier’s website to monitor delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at adrmunteanu30@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
