Terms of Service

1. General

By placing an order on v-vasp-tech.myshopify.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. V.VASP TECH S.R.L. is registered in Romania.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Specifications are subject to change without notice due to component availability. Custom builds are confirmed via email before production begins.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Romanian Leu (RON) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at time of order confirmation is binding.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept payments via Shopify Payments (card). Payment is processed securely — V.VASP TECH does not store card data.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and restrictions. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused items in original packaging: returnable within 14 days of delivery
Custom builds and assembled drones: non-returnable unless defective
LiPo batteries: non-returnable once used or if packaging is opened
Refunds are processed within 14 days of return receipt

7. Warranty

Products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty is void if damage results from crashes, improper charging, water exposure, or unauthorized modification.

8. Limitation of Liability

V.VASP TECH is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of FPV drones or LiPo batteries. The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable aviation regulations (EASA, ANPA) in their jurisdiction.
